Sets up and performs tests requested by product engineers.
Assist with assembly of prototype units
Organizes and maintains a safe, clean, productive lab space.
Performs product tear downs and technical analysis down to the PCB level.
Reports findings in an organized manner.
Basic working knowledge in power/electrical engineering; AC and DC power 20kVA circuits, microprocessor and sensor interfacing, firmware interfacing, DC batteries, connectors/wire harnesses.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and identification of components. Strong engineering troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and methodically.
Ability to operate in an electrical testing lab environment safely and successfully.
Very strong planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional global development teams.

Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products.
