Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with strong Technical/IT recruiting experience to support continued growth across their Engineering and Information Technology teams. This role plays a critical part in building high-performing technical teams by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and enjoys taking ownership of full-cycle recruitment while contributing to broader talent acquisition strategy and process improvement.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Information Technology roles

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies

  • Recruit for critical technical roles including mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, as well as project and product management positions

  • Drive high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining quality of hire

  • Lead hiring conversations using a consultative, sales-driven approach

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to create alignment and buy-in

  • Leverage recruiting metrics and market data to inform strategy and improve outcomes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition processes and programs

  • Share best practices and collaborate within the TA and broader HR team

  • Approach work with ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills

  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience (regional or national level)

  • Experience recruiting within Engineering and/or Information Technology functions

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting recruiting data

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, transformative environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or related discipline

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers

  • Experience recruiting project management and product management roles

  • High-volume recruiting experience

  • Experience within an enterprise or publicly traded organization
