Overview
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the configuration and deployment of software on medical device tablets via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, pairing peripheral Bluetooth measurement devices, assisting with inventory management, and facilitating shipping and receiving activities.
Responsibilities
· Configure and deploy software on medical device tablets based on customer specifications using an MDM platform.
· Pair and test peripheral Bluetooth medical measurement devices with tablets to ensure proper device connectivity and performance.
· Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
· Support order fulfillment by assisting with packaging, shipping, and receiving of operational equipment.
· Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support operational initiatives and service requests.
· Perform additional operational and logistical tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education is a plus.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related generalist role.
· Demonstrated familiarity with mobile devices, applications, and basic device configuration.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, MS teams).
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and customer specifications.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills when interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
