  • Medical Insurance: If you are a full-time employee (30+ hours) you and your family members are eligible to enroll.  New employees become eligible on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.  Open Enrollment is the month of April.  Outside of open enrollment, you may come onto the plan if you have a qualifying event and notify us within 30 Days.


  • 401k: Eligible participation begins after 12 months of employment.  The enrollment & match will begin at the start of the upcoming quarter Jan 1, April 1, July 1 & October 1.  Example: Hired 2.1.18 (Enrollment/Match would start on 4.1.2019) The following categories of employees are not eligible to participate in the Plan: Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement (i.e., union employees), Non-resident aliens who do not receive any compensation from U.S. sources, & Leased employees.
