Lead Application Developer
We’re looking for a Lead Application Developer to provide hands-on development and technical leadership across enterprise applications. This person will design, develop, and implement application solutions while mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and helping guide technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end application solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers
- Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards and best practices
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements
- Support application architecture, integrations, testing, and ongoing enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of application development experience
- Strong development experience with C#, Python, and the Microsoft technology stack
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps/TFS, and Git
- Experience with Agile development and the full software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms such as Instabase
- Experience developing and supporting internet-based enterprise applications
