Senior DevOps Platform Engineer
Position Overview
Location: Hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in office. Candidates must live within 60 miles of Plano, TX or Columbus, OH.
There are 3 open role and the pay range is $40-70 per hour based on experience. W2 eligible candidates only.
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to build and improve enterprise platforms supporting modern software development. This role focuses on cloud engineering, DevOps, automation, developer experience, and AI-enabled engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise platforms, shared services, and self-service capabilities
- Develop automation to improve software development, deployment, and engineering productivity
- Build and support cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines
- Improve platform reliability, monitoring, observability, and security
- Develop reusable APIs, frameworks, templates, and engineering standards
- Support AI-enabled solutions including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, and automated workflows
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, and Security teams

Candidates must hold at least one:
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

Qualifications
- Strong experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering, software engineering, or automation
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise platform solutions
- Ability to lead technical projects and work across multiple engineering teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
